Tonight is the weekly Skywarn Net @ 1930 Hours and the ARES Net @ 2000 Hours
on the 2M Repeater / Echolink W2MMD-R.

 

Starting tonight, the Skywarn Net will be a little different. Charlie KC2STO
will be the host. And I WB2ZBN, Greg W5DO, Todd KD2ESH, and hopefully
others, will be taking notes. We can have an alternating schedule of note
takers, just like we have an alternating NCS for the 2M nets.

 

If you would like to volunteer to be an alternating Skywarn note takers,
please let me know.

 

Tuesday, August 1, 2023 is the weekly Tuesday Noon Day 2M Rag Chew Net @
1200 Hours on the 2M Repeater / Echolink W2MMD-R.

 

Tuesday, August 1, 2023 is the bi-weekly 10 Meter Rag Chew Net @ 1930 Hours
on 28.465 or 28.475 MHz.

 

Wednesday, August 2, 2023 is our monthly General Membership Meeting @ 1930
Hours at the Pfeiffer Community Center. Tony K3TS will talking about Mobile
Amateur Radio Installations.

 

And we may have a spokes person from Bike MS event communications to speak
about needing volunteer communicators for the City to Shore Ride on
September 30 & October 1, and also the Bike to the Bay Ride on October 7,
2023.

 

The N3MSS Bike MS Volunteer Communicators have a new website. A one stop

Saturday, August 5, 2023 is our monthly Tech Saturday Forum @ 0900 Hours at
our W2MMD Clubhouse. Tony K3TS will be doing another talk about Mobile
Installations, but this will be a Show & Tell session. If you want to, we
can go out in the parking lot and you can show off your mobile installation
and Tony can offer some hints and tips.
