GREETINGS  TO  EVERYONE

 

I am sure that a lot of you thought you were lucky this year, and that you wouldn’t hear from me.  Wellllll, nobody is that lucky.

 

Welcome to the 2023 MS Bike Event season.  This year things are a little extended.  Along with our usual Bike MS City to Shore (09/30/23 and 10/01/23), we have been asked to also support the Bike MS Bike to the Bay.  This is a 1 day event in Delaware on October 7, 2023.  This does not mean that there will be twice as many emails you will be receiving, but our emails will be a little longer because of consolidation.

 

As you see, we are getting started very late this year.  As always, this is because we are hitting many road blocks from the get go.  From the loss of a lot of equipment due to circumstances beyond our control, to the loss of frequencies that we have been thankful for for years, to even again the loss of some of our tried and true volunteers of the past.  But these things will not stop us, because that is what HAMS do.

 

If you participated in Field Day last week, we hope you enjoyed yourselves, and we hope your contacts were many.  We also hope everyone is rested up by now.

 

This is our introductory email for this 2023 Bike Season, and our follow up email will have our attachments and links to the sign up forms for each of the events.  We will be looking to fill administrative positions, and enhancing some of your route locations.
