[GCARC] DX on 10 Meters Now

Dug out my (very old) IC-703 and set it for 5 watts, and just worked 
SKCC station CT7AUP in Portugal on 28.053.  He gave me a 559 and I gave 
him a 599. 3459 miles from my vertical. 10m is rocking!
