[GCARC] "don't look up"

In case not hear of this yet, sometime today, the Earth Radiation Budget
satellite (ERBS ID 15354) is going to drop out of orbit.  Some of the 5086
lbs of this spacecraft may make it to the ground, not burning up.
Anyone have better re-entry time/location reference than this one?
As of 10 minutes ago, the Aerospace corp published this diagram.
Yes, there is a re-entry pass during the +/- 6 hour re-entry window passing
over New Jersey.  If skies are clear, was wondering if we might have chance
of seeing something.
