[GCARC] echo link 2 M not working

 Hello,

The 2M repeater for echo link is not working.  I tried to login several
times during tonight's rag chew, but I did not hear anything.  There were
some texts that other people were having issues too, so I do not think it
is just me.  Also I use echo link quite a bit to attend the 2M rag chews
.....

Perhaps there is something wrong with the computer it is running on?
