[GCARC] Echolink Connection

Thanks for everyone's indulgence. A call from Chris AD2CS finally proved
it's working as intended.

As I suspected, it was an error (multiple errors, actually) in the Echolink
config file on my Allstar node. I had expanded my Allstar node numbers to
use on two repeaters here in Southwest Florida, and failed to modify the
information on my personal node to reflect the new numbering. The devil is
in the details.
