[GCARC] Echolink Connection

Have you tested your setup by connecting to the Echolink Test Server?
It is a pulldown under the STATION tab.
The W2MMD Echolink was working fine during the 8 PM ARES Net on Sunday
evening.
I know because I was using Echolink from NNJ.
