[GCARC] Remote Station

After a busy day at the clubhouse today, we now have a 160-meter antenna up
in the air.  While the antenna is not yet ready for use, we made a lot of
progress on it.  We are still waiting for the 4:1 balun to get here, and we
have some more testing and tuning to do once the balun is installed.

There is one important point of note to all users of the remote
station.  *Until
further notice, the 40-meter band is unable for use in transmit mode. * It
can still be tuned and you will still hear comms on that band, but
transmit mode has temporarily been disabled until an antenna switch
modification has been made.  Another email will come out to inform all
users when this restriction has been lifted.  Hopefully, it will not be
very long.
