All -- At the request of our Clubhouse Committee Chairman, the HF tower has
been lowered as a precaution against potential high winds from the
approaching storm. Please remember that while the tower is in its lowered
position, not all bands are available for use. Only 10m, 15m, 20m, and 40m
are available at this time.
Furthermore, to prevent potential entanglement with the wire of the
160-meter loop while the tower is in its lowered position, the rotators on
the Satellite and HF stations have been disabled. Until the storm has
passed and the HF tower is fully raised again, rotation of the Satellite
and HF antennas will not be possible.
Please be patient and understanding during this period. These
precautions have been taken as a means of protecting the assets of our Club
against avoidable loss or damage.
