[GCARC] Remote HF Station

For all concerned, the Remote HF station is now repaired and back up and
running.  However, when *John K2QA* gets some time to look into the
specific problem that brought it down, it may have to be taken offline
again for a little bit to make the final repairs.

The problem was that the unit hung on an automated restart after automatic
installation of Windows updates.  That explains why it was up and running
when I checked it yesterday after the power was out, but that it later went
down.  When it restarted after the power outage, it was working fine when I
checked it.  But at the same time, it was apparently installing the
updates, and it went to restart after the update installation, which is
when it hung up and did not restart properly.

I rolled back the update this morning to get the PC back up and the HF
station operational, but the root problem will still need repair at some
time in the future, which I will gladly leave up to *John K2QA*.
