[GCARC] Club officer and director appointments

At last night's Directors meeting the Board approved the appointment of Al Arrison KB2AYU as a Director to fill the position vacated by the untimely passing of Chuck Colabrese WA2TML. The Board also approved the appointment of John O'Connell K2QA as Treasurer, replacing Al in that position. This change, which was planned in advance, allowed Al to transition away from the Treasurer position that he has held for many years and yet remain in a club leadership position. These appointments take effect immediately although the actual transition of the treasurer role may take some time to complete.
