[GCARC] Newest iPhones can send Emergency SOS via Satellite

FYI, the latest iPhones can send emergency texts via satellite when WiFi
cellular networks are down.  The best part is, you don't need Frank,
Jonathan or a raspberry Pi to orient the antenna!  I may have to get one the
next time my venerable iPhone 6S needs battery replacement.
