[GCARC] W9IMS - special even on air now, as you read about in Crosstalk

W9IMS is on air now 7.252 LSB.  As you read about in the article about
special event stations in this month's Crosstalk, they have really nice QSL
card if you make a contact..Can see examples from prior years linked from
https://www.qrz.com/db/w9ims
Just made my contact between storms using dipole in attic of my house.
They are booming in to East Coast right now.
