Congratulations on passing your general exam!
I've got a Diamond CP5H vertical on the peak of my tower. It's lightweight, survived a Category 4 hurricane, and I've talked around the world with it. It covers 6/10/15/20/40.
Can't help you with mobile HF solutions. I am sure there are others here that can help with that.
