[GCARC] 70cm Repeater

Dear Chris. I am now back in the classroom teaching full-time,  coming out
of my retirement to do so. I am usually very spent after each day. My study
time has been crimped, but not impossible. So if I seem tired, or I take
more time to prepare for my Extra exam, that is the reason. There are many
teachers who have not returned, but I am not one of them. You all are good
