[GCARC] Ray Martin W2RM

Very sad news. Ray was always the first to help someone if they needed anything. When he still lived in Franklinville, a number of times he helped me pick up antennas and even a tower once in his flatbed car trailer. 
He was very active with the club at the submarine Becuna.
RIP OM, you will be sorely missed.
