[GCARC] Clarifying the CQ DX contest participation at the clubhouse tomorrow

A couple of points of clarification – first, the HF station at the clubhouse will be staffed from 9 AM until there are no more operators so activities won’t necessarily end at noon. Operating time may vary depending on how many people are there at one time. All contacts will be made with the W2MMD station call so you won’t personally get credit for the DX contact. However, since there’s a control operator with an Extra class license present each operator won’t need to have an HF-eligible license. This means that Technician class licensees can operate the station during this period.
