[GCARC] 10m wide open FT8 & CW now

Just curious Darrell if you, or anyone else, have heard any JT65/9 on 
10m lately.  I often look, but find NICHTS!  It's my fav low-power mode.
FT4 also happens to appear on the freqs as POTA activities (28.180 I 
think is that freq).
