[GCARC] Tech Saturday visit to RCA Museum at Rowan University

The visit to the RCA Museum is next Saturday 10/8. The event is at Rowan University so DON'T COME TO THE CLUBHOUSE! Anthony has prepared a guide document linked below with diagrams and pictures for parking and access to the library that houses the RCA collection. If needed talk-in will be on the 147.18 repeater with Chris AD2CS as coordinator.

This will be a fascinating opportunity to see a piece of history that many of us remember. Growing up in Haddonfield I remember that many of my classmates' dads worked at RCA, and morning conversations on the 2 meter repeaters were filled with hams going to work at RCA. Old radio memorabilia will be familiar to many, and the vinyl record collection is probably an object of jealousy to many current audiophiles. We're hopeful for a good turnout so make your plans for this event NEXT SATURDAY.
