[GCARC] Central African Republic - QRV 7.056 F/H FT8

Hey club DX chasers!
https://www.qrz.com/db/TL8ZZ DXpedition to Central African Republic - they
are on-air right now.
Set your FT8 to advance mode Hound mode on 40 meters.
Then tune your radio down to 7.056.  You'll see TL8ZZ at the low end. Put
your green color RX on the lowest of these.
On the waterfall, you'll see those calling will be up 1K-2K.
Find an "empty" spot up there amongst the callers for your red color TX,
and give it a try.
