Great, thank you for the reply!

I kind of figured that; my main concern is not damaging the radios.

I can't talk on more than one at a time anyway, but also can't afford to 
keep replacing them either.

I have tried it on 10w and no difference. The only time it was ok was 
when I was using the HT as the PDN on 5w and there was no interference 
that I remember.
