[GCARC] Packet Digipeaters on 145.030 MHz?

At some point I set up a bunch of SDRs and radios to monitor all the common
packet frequencies for traffic/beacons, but I can't find the document. I
was not able to reach any digipeaters in NJ from my location at FM29lw. I
was able to hit digipeaters in PA, though - there are a few that work. I
tried to contact most callsigns associated with packet stations in our area
and didn't really get any replies. The only guy who replied was N3IP who is
out in delaware I think.

I'm happy to help set up similar survey with better antennas at the
Clubhouse sometime.
