[GCARC] CrossTalk deadline, 13 Colonies, Field Day

Wednesday, July 20, 2022, is the deadline for articles, and stuff for the
August 2022 CrossTalk.

 

Just a reminder that I have changed my main e-mail address. It is now
djgrath1 at gmail.com (No, it is not misspelled), NOT jeff.garth at comcast.net.

 

For those of our members who worked the 13 Colonies, please send me a brief
sentence or two about your experiences working the special event stations.
How many did you get? Did you get the two bonus stations and/or the French
station? Also to Tony K3TS, what was it like to operate the New Jersey
station?

 

For those members who worked/operated during Field Day, please tell me what
station you operated, the band, and the mode. Or if you just helped setting
up or even helped Chris in the Clubhouse. I want to show how active our Club
members are by adding your names to the Field Day Starting Lineup chart and
the Support Staff/Bonus Point chart that is on our website on the 2022 Field
Day page.

 

A little extra publicity can never hurt, as we seen with Ron Block's QST
article and the NJ.com Field Day article.
