[GCARC] Spurious emissions on FT-8

No one was using Vinnie’s call on 15m that was detected by PSKReporter. I
see almost all 80/40m usage for Vinnie for the past week, except a little
10m and 30m on 1/17.

Sounds like a busted call to me. I’d thank them and ignore the email.
