[GCARC] Spurious emissions on FT-8

I got an email from a ham, along with a screen shot saying that I was throwing off spurious emissions on 15M using FT-8.

Here is the problem. I have not been on in days (Sunday). I was at work all day. Rig is turned off, antenna disconnected and grounded. Emissions were on 15M, a day band. I don't go there unless there is a new country. I've been mostly on 80M chasing that last band that I need for 5BDXCC.

Any thoughts?
