[GCARC] W2MMD repeater video

Vinnie,

You had mentioned a while ago that the repeater was not sounding good from
your QTH, and at that time, I did not notice anything wrong, probably
because I am much closer to it, but lately I agree, it has not been
sounding good, and the range seems greatly reduced.  There seems to be a
gradual degradation of performance going on.  Since the repeater itself is
actually quite new, we are inclined to suspect a problem with the antenna,
feedline, or a duplexer cavity going out of tune.  I intend to bring this
up at the next Board of Directors meeting.  Since the repeater seems to be
seeing an increase in traffic lately, it is probably time for some upgrades
to the antenna system or other repeater site improvements.

Thanks for the video recording, it is quite helpful to see that the
repeater is not hearing well, nor is it being heard well, like it used to
be for many years. We can certainly do better.  And we intend to.
