[GCARC] rare dx heads up 4W - Timor Leste on the air

Hi all,
A heads up to be on the lookout for a quite rare dxcc entity, Timor Leste 4W.
I still need this for an all time new one, so I'll be on the lookout!
The following is from the current Ohio/Penn DX Bulletin (free email subscription).

4W, TIMOR LESTE. Satoshi, JH2EUV, is once again active as 4W/JH2EUV from
Timor Leste (Oc-148). Length of activity is unknown at this time. Activity
has been mainly FT8. Watch for him on 40-10 meters. QSL via JH2EUV, by the
Bureau, direct or LoTW.
