[GCARC] Ron Block NR2B wins July QST cover plaque

Congrats Ron! I have had work colleagues that are amateurs from all over
the world comment on your article! I sent an email at work after the
tornado asking for financial help, and it seems people recognized the
pictures!

Grounding ain’t sexy like a new radio, but Ron does a good job making it
understandable and achievable!
