We just got wind that the 4H wants to charge us for the use of the back field for Field Day. Someone made mention that maybe we can charge for the use of our grounds. I guess we could trade off at no cost.

The other concern is if we should caution tape the area around the Clubhouse, to keep them away from the trailer. Litter, and other things may be a concern. Also, the first year they had it, they wanted to put the bandstand on our grounds, until we told them no because of Field Day. That would be that 90% of the crowd would be on our grounds.

Just throwing it out there.
