[GCARC] Work today

Frank, N3PUU and myself completed a lot of disassembly work today.

All of the antennas are off the towers. There is a possibility of 
rebuilding some of them.

The top section of the HF tower that was blocking the access road has 
been removed.

All of the rotators and pre-amps have been removed. They all had water 
in them from being upside down. They will have to be disassembled to see 
if they are salvageable.

When we left around 5:30 there was still no AC power (or water).

Tomorrow we will see about getting the trailer skirting back in place. 
We should be able to get echolink and winlink back on the air.
