[GCARC] clublog.org for DXCC tracking

I kept hunting for the club clublog link, it's here, you don't need to
login to see:
https://clublog.org/league.php?club=284

Click that link, then the Generate DXCC League button to see that I am
currently the supreme DX champion of GCARC until other people add their
logs. :) hihi
