Wednesday, October 20, 2021, is our monthly Board of Director Meeting @ 1900
Hours. It will be at our W2MMD Clubhouse. All members are welcome.

 

Wednesday is also the deadline for articles and stuff for the November 2021
CrossTalk newsletter. I am always looking for articles and pictures from our
members. The November issue features the start of a series of DIY articles
from one of our newest members, Chris Prioli, AD2CS. Also featured is
another "Show Us Your Shack", this one from Mario W3CGS.

 

Tonight is the weekly Skywarn Net @ 1930 Hours and the ARES Net @ 2000
Hours. Both on the 2M Repeater and Echolink W2MMD-R.

 

Tuesday is the weekly Tuesday Noon Day 2M Rag Chew Net @ 1200 Hours on the
2M Repeater and Echolink W2MMD-R.

 

Tuesday is also the weekly 10M Rag Chew Net @ 2000 Hours on 28.465 MHz.

 

Thursday night is the weekly 2M Rag Chew Net @ 2000 Hours on the 2M Repeater
and Echolink W2MMD-R.

 

Don't forget to tell your friends and neighbors that the monthly license
testing sessions are starting up again, this time at our W2MMD Clubhouse.
They will happen on the second Thursday of the month @ 1900 Hours. The first
session is November 11. 2021.

 

This is a great opportunity for our Club to not only bring new people into
Amateur Radio or upgrade existing hams, but to show off our Clubhouse. We
have a great facility there that needs to be promoted more.
