[GCARC] Field Day 2021 Results

Not too happy about page 71, as that was a cover for sure, but I will take
the BIG FIRST PLACE WIN over SJRA!  The Old Salty Veteran and I have been
hungry for this one for a LONG TIME! Great job everyone!  Let's do it again
in June '22!
