My local Sam’s Club, Deptford, NJ- 856-853-7137, has the vaccine in stock and is making appointments. You do not have to be a Sam’s member in NJ to use the pharmacy. I have no knowledge of what is happening with Sam’s in other states; it might be worth the call to contact the nearest club to you.
You might also try registering with “My Chart.” This is an app of the various  hospital groups. There are five of them in the Philadelphia area.  From what I have been told locally, you do not have to be a patient of 
that hospital group. If you need more of an explanation on it, please call me.
