There are thousands of noisy solar installations out there. Even if the
installation company wanted to help (which isn't likely) it would take
lots of expen$ive work and even then there is no guarantee of success.
The homeowners probably don't own the system, they are leasing it, so
they aren't going to care.
Unfortunately, I think you are on you own.
I'm not sure if one of those noise cancelling antenna/receiver devices
would work in this case.
