As for me, I probably won't get mine laminated, as I don't carry it with 
me anyway. I keep it in a safe with other important papers, so it won't 
get messed up. So if they do come out with an annual booster shot, I'll 
just take it with me to be stamped. I can't see having to have two or 
more (laminated) cards  And if someone needed to see it, I have a pic of 
it on me phone (hi hi).
But, as someone mentioned here, it will probably revert to a nation-wide 
computer data base, much like automobile re-calls are handled (hi hi).
