[GCARC] Message to section manager bonus

If someone wants to send me a message via the South Jersey Traffic Net on
Saturday night that will work. Or send it via a Winlink Radiogram. I will
be on the Waterford works repeater at 8 PM for the traffic net. Should be
easy 100 points for someone in Gloucester County
