[GCARC] Field Day information table

I have a few volunteers for the Field Day information table.

I want to run it from 2pm - 8pm. You can rotate shifts. When not your shift, you can go home, stay around, work with the stations, etc. I figure 1 hour shifts. Nothing written in stone. Mostly for conveniencing the volunteers. I can put the table wherever there is shade.
