[GCARC] Field Day 2021

I have accepted the Field Day chairmanship from Tony Starr for 2021. I ran Field Day for 4 years from 2009-2012.

As you who were participating back then, I start in January, asking for band chairmen, and usually correspond once per month until June, which I start corresponding more frequently. I focus heavy on bonus points, so I will ask for bonus point volunteers.

So far, the following stations are committed:

2M solar bonus - Herb Dyer
Jim Wright - 15 SSB and Digital
20CW and possibly 80CW (Tony Starr)
20SSB Harry, Eric
40M SSB - myself, Kenny, Herb
80 SSB Jim Clark
