[GCARC] More Field Day info

Hi Vinnie,
As our field day chair, we appreciate your efforts to make this the best
field day ever.
I'm not sure of the events to which you speak, but if it helps any, need
only look at the very first item in our bylaws
1. No subject of a sectarian or political character shall be discussed at
any meetings of this CLUB.

Field day need only be described as a meeting of the club.
