[GCARC] Wine festival during Field Day

I contacted the 4-H and they are having a Wine Festival during our Field Day. I have let them know that I will be the liaison for the club's Field Day, regarding the coordination between the 2 events.

I informed Jennifer that if we have a setup like we had in 2019, we both should be good to go. She seemed on board.

One of the things she was perturbed about the last time was that we contacted the renter directly, and that seemed to burn a few people. She seemed to get the impression that we did not want them to rent the grounds. Including someone driving up to the lady's house that rents the house and takes care of the maintenance, and beeping the horn until she came out. I reiterated that it was not our intention to insinuate that. I informed her that Field Day was North American event for all radio clubs, and we have been doing it since 1959. I think the problem came about when the Wine Festival wanted to use our grounds for the event, which was not an option. The agreement was reached, and to be honest, it worked out rather well. I was not involved in the last negotiations.

I did ask her to have a meeting the closer to the event, sometime in June. And again, she was onboard with that.
