At this point, it is looking highly likely that we will be getting heavy
rains and windy conditions with flash flooding possible on Wednesday. I
have been urged by some of my most trusted advisors within the club to
seriously consider holding the September 1st General Membership meeting
entirely via Zoom, and I am prepared to make that commitment now.  At this
time, the in-person meeting in Williamstown is hereby cancelled, and a live
Zoom meeting for all will be held instead.  Follow the instructions below
to log in by computer, or with a mobile device.  You may also connect by
telephone by calling one of the Zoom phone numbers listed (press *6 to mute
your audio). The meeting will start at 7:30 PM  local time, and will
consist of our regular order of business, followed by a discussion on the
final stages of planning for the September 12th hamfest.  Please make every
effort to join us on Zoom, and I hope to see everyone at the hamfest. 73

All--  The Zoom meeting credentials below are for the regularly scheduled
simulcast of the in-person meeting at the Pfeiffer Center in Williamstown.
In the event that we have to call off that meeting due to severe weather,
the meeting will be held entirely on Zoom, so save this email even if you
are planning to attend in person.  If we must call off the meeting, I will
