[GCARC] 2M repeater power issue?

The repeater is full-quieting and full scale on the S-meter here on my
in-shack stubby mag mount antenna. In fact, it is readable at about an S1
with my Alpha-Delta antenna switch set to the center (grounded) position.
We should be able to check the power out, but there may be an issue with an
unintentional lobe in the antenna's radiation pattern due to some other
hardware being moved around up there. You never know with all the crap
that is up there.
