Dear Leadership and members,
I have a tower that is already firmly in the ground. I need a
specialist that knows how to complete the rigging of my tower with
stainless steel cable that has been left uncompleted since the pandemic one
year ago.
It is a 40 foot tower that can be lowered to 20 feetI by a manual crank. It
also lowers to an angle so my tennadyne t-6 antenna can be attached live in
Medford, NJ all of my materials are on site. I have my rotor cable, and the
coax cables already placed in an open 200 foot trench to the house. I also
need a person who can either solder a coax connector, or use a crimper to
do so. I have a complete crimper kit on site.
Yes the antenna will need to be assembled and attached. The rotor will need
its power wires attached to the control box in the house and calibrated to
the compass.
I also have a 600 watt fully functional Ametron Linear for sale. It is
presently in our trailer in a plastic container. I will be glad to sell it
for what I paid for it to the club or any other member.
I appreciate any response to either of these requests. When I joined our
club I did so for the comradery as well as the need for experienced
technical help.
Due to the virus I will provide funds for a lunch at a local take out for
all who come to help out my long standing, uncompleted project.
Thanks, Gary Kinney
