[GCARC] DXCC standings list

Here are the latest standings. If you want to be added to the list, please send me your number of confirmed countries (by paper QSL or LoTW). eQSL is not accepted by the ARRL, thus they do not count it toward DXCC.

I only need an update once per month, right before the Crosstalk deadline. If you get multiple new countries, I don't need an update each time you get a new country. Just once per month is good enough.

Also, someone sent me a list of their logged QSLs. I don't need a log list. Just a number. I am going on the honor system.
