[GCARC] NJ2BB Battleship NJ Operation for Veterans Day

As I mentioned during the monthly Zoom meeting, the Battleship New 
Jersey station (NJ2BB) will be active Veterans Day, November 11th 
starting around 0800 or so. And again on Saturday November 14th.

Both time slots will mostly be on SSB, probably 20 and 40 meters. Check 
out whatever spotting network you like for spots of the operation.

This isn't a special event operation, just an opportunity for you to 
work the ship.
