[GCARC] Simple 10m vertical wire antenna for upcoming club 10m net

Thanks Curt! I've added those antennas to the list.

I do plan on investing in a commercial multiband vertical at some point,
with as much of a full radial plane as possible. I'm not sure I'll get to
it until the spring. This exercise is more of a "let's see if I can throw
something together quickly" kind of thing.
