[GCARC] [GoFRC] WA2FZB now K3TS

It will be great to hear that call on the air  again in the Philly area. 

I used to talk to the old K3TS (Tom Stewart) regularly back in my old packet radio days. He was a great asset.  

Now we’ll have another.
