Greetings All,
I have received several e-mails from members who indicate that they have the ability to listen in on the 2m repeater, but for whatever reason, have no 2m transmitting capability, due to antenna or other problems. Since I am going to conduct the on-air meeting as a directed net, I would like to record as many check-ins as possible. Therefore, I am going to also monitor, but not transmit on, 28.475 USB as an alternative check-in frequency, if anyone would like to check in using 10 meters. Please do not call on 10 unless you have the ability to listen on 147.18, and please do not call until prompted to do so. I am not good at multi-tasking, and would likely vapor lock trying to record check-ins simultaneously on two bands. Looking forward to hearing a good turnout on Wed, April 1st at 7:30 PM local time. And hopefully we can get back to normal soon. 73.

Dear Fellow Members,
I hope that this e-mail finds everyone in good health. If you must go out, please be careful. My prayers are with each and everyone of you.
Due to the fact that we had to cancel our General Membership Meeting at the Center, we are planing a meeting on the Club Repeater. Please check-in at 147.18, at 1930 hours on Wednesday, 1 April 2020. Vice President, Tony STARR, WA2FZB will be running the Meeting and acting as your Net Control.
