[GCARC] Overdue dues notification

There are been a few grumblings about the way the overdue dues were addressed with the individual members who have not paid. Apparently, some members were singled out by an individual and or group of individuals.

Unless I am wrong (and please correct me if I am), in the past, we would send out a blanket email to "all" member saying that as of April 1, if your dues were not paid off, you would be dropped from the roster sheet and thus stop getting club emails.

No individual emails were ever sent to me by my knowledge, as I can attest for myself, prior to getting paypal, I would frequently pay whenever I can get to a meeting, and that may have been as late as March. I never got an email singling me out to pay. Just the general club reminder email saying that if you were unpaid by April 1, you would be dropped.

Please consider people's feeling when doing something like this, as in most circumstances, people do not liked to be singled out for anything negative.

Also, since Paypal was introduced, it has made it much easier to pay for people like me that can only get to 1 or 2 meetings. I was able to pay in January every year since.
